Jen Sands is an accomplished IT leader and consultant with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through technology transformation. As the founder of her own consulting practice, she partners with businesses to align IT strategies with organizational goals, specializing in IT Service Management, Project Management, and Business Analysis. Her results-driven approach has supported clients with initiatives ranging from technology migrations to IT process optimization, consistently delivering measurable improvements in service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

 

Prior to launching her consulting business, Jen served as a strategic director in the managed IT space leading a dynamic team providing virtual CIO and customer success services. She has also held progressive leadership roles within healthcare IT, overseeing enterprise operations across multiple states, supporting 40+ hospitals and thousands of points of care. Throughout her career, Jen has been recognized for her ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions while fostering collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

 

A distinguished scholar and summa cum laude graduate, Jen is passionate about servant leadership and empowering teams to deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business value.  Her career is defined by a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and bridging the gap between IT and business.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology. She complements her academic background with industry certifications including ITIL® 4 Foundation, and Certified ScrumMaster.
