Erin Munley is an IT and project management leader whose fascination with technology began long before her professional career. In elementary school, she was handed down a computer with no graphical interface—just a blinking command line and a stack of 5.25" floppy disks. Navigating DOS prompts became her gateway into a lifelong passion for systems, structure, and solving complex problems.

Erin’s journey in IT began over twenty years ago, starting as a desktop technician in Field Operations. She quickly advanced into senior roles within large healthcare organizations, taking on increasing responsibility and scope. Most recently, she served as Director of End User Experience, where she oversaw enterprise migrations, device lifecycle management, and program leadership. Throughout her career, Erin has dependably led multimillion-dollar, enterprise-scale initiatives and delivered measurable outcomes across complex environments.

Erin’s leadership is rooted in operational excellence.  She’s known for building repeatable frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Her certifications include PMP, PSM I, and ITIL v4 Foundation. Erin is passionate about continuous improvement and thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution.
